We want to create a relaxed community with a shared fascination for fitness, wellbeing and technology. We want to enjoy a friendly atmosphere with a focus on topics - and not on troublemakers. Therefore, we have a strict bouncer policy. Our community managers will act like a football referee:

We will show a yellow card for:
- Spamming questions or comments
- Insults such as doubting the intelligence of other participants
- Vulgar language
- Trying to sell anything.

For this we show a red card:
- Racism
- Sexism
- Homophobia
- Any reference to the Third Reich

Anyone who sees two yellow cards or one red card is expelled.

18. Do I need to follow specific technical requirements to take part in the event?
There are no special requirements. You only need stable internet connection and a modern browser. Please see question 19 an 20 for details.

19. What internet connection do I need?
We recommend a minimum of 6-8 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload for a stable and consistent stream of video and audio. While you can stream with a 5 Mbps download, it will be a lower quality stream. An upload speed of 10Mbps is ideal for hosts and guests. Crowdcast will automatically drop down to audio-only mode if you or your viewer's connection is weak. If you can, try being plugged in directly to your internet rather than connecting over Wi-Fi. Test your speed here.

20. What browser can I use to access the event?
Please use a modern browser. Our event platform Crowdcast is supported on the latest browsers including Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Android browsers. Safari is view only, broadcasting isn't supported just yet. All things equal, Google Chrome works best. In case you experience any problems with your browser, please switch to another one.

21. Can I access the event mobile?
Yes, Crowdcast is supported on the latest Android devices right in the browser, no download required. For Apple iOS Devices (iPhone & iPad): Download the iOS app to attend Crowdcast events. Events can also be viewed directly in mobile browsers on iOS, with some limitations.

22. How to access the event platform?
After getting your ticket on our website, you will receive 2 e-mails before the event with links to access the FitTech Summit event platform Crowdcast:

- E-Mail 1: A couple of minutes after ordering your event ticket, you'll get an email from our event platform provider, Crowdcast with the subject line "Thanks for registering for "FitTech Summit V: Tech or Die!". The sender name will be "FitTech Summit via Crowdcast" and the e-mail address will be "no-reply@crowdcast.io".

- E-Mail 2: 10 minutes before the event, you'll get another reminder which will take you directly to the platform. Click the red button "Visit Event" in the e-mail, and you will be automatically signed in.

23. I did not get an e-mail by Crowdcast. I did not get a login link. What can I do?
Please make sure that you ordered a ticket on our website. Search for an e-mail from the sender "FitTech Summit via Crowdcast" with the e-mail address being no-reply@crowdcast.io. The headline is: "FitTech Summit V: Tech or Die!". Please also check your spam folder.

In case someone else ordered a ticket for you, we might not have your e-mail address in our system yet. Every e-mail address gets one access code. Please write us a quick message at fittech@fittechcompany.com with your e-mail address, and we send you the Crowdcast access individually.

24. Why is my stream not working?
The reason might be your internet connection.

Please check the browser you are using. Google Chrome works best (see question 20).

25. I am a speaker and my sound or video is not working?
Please test your mic and camera using this link: https://www.crowdcast.io/setup Let's connect to your camera and mic and save those settings. Still not working? You probably just need to confirm your Google Chrome extension in your settings. For Mac or Windows PC, follow these steps.

26. Who do I contact when I have troubles joining the event?
